Delivery & Returns
Footstool Delivery
We offer free UK standard shipping on all our footstools.
All orders of footstools will be delivered within 7 working days.
You will be notified by email once your footstool has left us, although please feel free to get in touch with us via info@craftedhomedecor.co.uk for an update on your order.
Benches Delivery
We offer free UK shipping on all our benches.
All orders of our benches will be shipped within 10 working days.
You will be notified by email once your order has left us, although please feel free to get in touch with us via info@craftedhomedecor.co.uk for an update on your order.
Coat Racks Delivery
As our coat racks are made to order in our Derbyshire workshop, delivery can take up to 4 weeks.
Please note that there is a delivery charge, although this is dependent on the delivery location. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm the delivery costs.
Returns (Footstools & Benches)
Returns will be accepted on all footstools and benches within 30 days of receipt providing they are in their original condition.
We do not accept returns on items that have been received over 30 days ago.
We also offer free and hassle free returns on footstools and benches if you request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. We will arrange for the delivery of your return if you request a return within 7 days. All items must be in their original condition.
We are more than happy to arrange a replacement of your product if you think a different item would be more suitable. The first replacement product is free of charge, each replacement after is charged at £25.00.
The fee of £25.00 is also charged if you decide to return a product after we have sent a replacement of the original product purchased.
Returns between day 8 and 30 must be paid for by the customer although we are happy to arrange the delivery.
Returns (Coat Racks)
We do not accept returns on coat racks unless there is an issue with the item.
Accepted delivery of a coat rack is your agreement that you are happy with the product.
How to return your order
1. Contact us via the contact form on the contact page or via email at info@craftedhomedecor.co.uk - please include your order number in your email.
2. Package the items back into it's original box, using strong parcel tape to seal the parcel.
3. A collection will be arranged from any UK address, or a pre-paid label can be provided for you to attach to the parcel for you to drop off at your local parcel shop or post office.
Access to a printer is required to print the returns label. If no printer is available, we can post you the returns label in time for your collection.
Postage will be paid by us if within 7 days, postage will be paid by the buyer from days through days 8 - 30.
4. Once we have received your order, we will inspect the item(s) to be sure they are in the original condition and your refund will be processed within 3 working days to the original payment method.
